International Policy Competition
Second Annual International Relations Organization competition for college-level students to resolve major global policy issues.
Who We Are
The International Relations Organization (IRO) is extremely active, and our focus is to help students develop cultural and political awareness while also developing valuable skills and a better understanding of public speaking, debate, research, and parliamentary procedure.
We emphasize engaging students in real life political scenarios and giving them the opportunity to broaden their understanding of the world and different political structures around the world.

Our group attends four conferences a year (2 each semester). We try to run a similar circuit of 2 Model Arab League and 2 Model UN conferences each academic year.
Conference/Policy Rules
Teams of three will have roughly 24 hours to craft a policy that addresses an element of a major concern in the international community. IRO is committed to offering a prize for the top three teams.
